Order Form

1. Visit the Plié product page to learn more about the item.
    

2. Fill out the order form with with necessary details.
    

3. Once the order form has been filled, click "Place Order". Payments can be made through three channels with the details listed below.
    

4. Once payment has been settled, please send the proof of payment to admin@fifthwall.ph.

5. Upon confirmation of payment, we will be in touch with you soon regarding the delivery of your order. Please note that the Plié is on pre-order basis only, with a lead time of 2-3 weeks before dispatch.
